Activity in TX associated with the MCV is still ongoing, but the majority of SE TX remains relatively clear. There a few small cells just north of Corpus Christi, but we believe that the lack of cumulus field within the cotton ball area will keep any convection development limited to later this afternoon. Air traffic constraints will continue in the areas surrounding Fort Worth and Houston Centers.

No CTC signals have show up thus far in the New England area. However, the NearCasting model continues to indicate mid-level instability over PA, and there are a number of agitated cumulus within the cloud field over the same area. We continue to anticipate development of 'popcorn' type convection in this area.

We are beginning to see some slow development in SE WY, NE, and NE CO. The CTC algorithm detected several cooling rates indicative of convective development in north central CO, and we anticipate continued detections and cell development as the afternoon progresses. We will be keeping an eye on Denver Center for potential flight route constraints.
